I want you gone from me.

I want to shape you as a monster, remaking you into lesser desire.

I want to feel your skin on mine as much as it tears me to think it.

I want peace in my heart as much as love in my body.

No compartment holds this, the whim which won’t be banished;

There is no proper storage for lifeblood without mending.

Intrusions in my days—

Change light from Port Talbot to Salerno.

May summer never set.
